Shaw Contract in Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Albuquerque, NM seeks a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead and develop the regional sales team across commercial interiors. You mentor Account Executives, set market goals, drive strategy, and manage budgets and programs to meet division targets.

The role requires travel, strong leadership, and a track record in sales management within commercial flooring. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years sales experience.
• Must be able to travel and spend nights away from home.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience in commercial interiors.
• Previous sales management experience in commercial floor covering or mentoring senior sales staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a Mentor and Coach for their sales team.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork across the sales division.
• Set expectations with sales teams and measure results.
• Provide sales budget analysis and adjust account assignments.
• Identify new project opportunities using Dodge reports.
• Travel with each salesperson to coach and provide feedback.
• Conduct or assist with presentations to educate end-users, architects, designers.
• Analyze sales statistics and set goals for team and company.
• Recruit, develop and retain quality salespeople.
• Entertain clients as needed with lunches or dinners.
