Job summary
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Regional Vice President, Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence across multiple locations. You will oversee regional and area business development leaders, partner with operations, and build strategic plans with referral sources and payors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in business, healthcare, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) demonstrated.
- Proven track record of success in healthcare marketing and generating referrals for home health services.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Referral Source Engagement: lead development and maintenance of referrals with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborates on segment strategies aligned with regional goals.
- Participates in leadership meetings delivering regional plans for growth.
- Collaborates with operations and regional leadership to achieve growth and commitments.
- Supports area leadership engaging hospital C-Suite, case managers, and discharge planners.
