Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Regional Vice President, Business Development to drive revenue growth across multi-state markets and expand the company's presence.

The role supervises regional and area leaders, partners with operations, payors and referral sources, and leads strategic plans to increase admissions, grow referral networks, and improve market share through collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Proven track record of success in healthcare marketing and generating referrals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic referral source engagement and relationship growth with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead development and execution of regional segment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Participate in leadership meetings and present growth-oriented regional plans.
• Collaborate with operations and regional leadership to meet growth and volume targets.
• Guide area leadership in engaging hospital C-Suite, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Oversee referral tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
