A leading provider of healthcare solutions is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales - Northwest to drive revenue growth. The role focuses on client acquisition and expansion, requiring a minimum of 5 years in healthcare sales. This position offers a competitive salary with an OTE target of $300,000 to $450,000 and eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

This role is sales commission eligible with an average base pay of $175,000 and target OTE ranging from $300,000-$450,000
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales - Northwest is a commercial role primarily responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion sales of R1’s Revenue Performance Solutions. The role is assigned to a region with a defined set of viable accounts and opportunities. The RVP focuses on engaging and penetrating new Tier 1 and 2 target accounts while also growing R1’s business with existing clients. The RVP will partner with R1’s Revenue Performance Solutions Business Development team to build an active sales funnel with booking values equal to or greater than 2.5x the assigned sales quota in estimated first-year revenue.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,500.00 - $173,605.10 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
