Regional Vice President of Sales (Southeast)

Calling all financial professionals looking for a role 100% focused on sales! As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will cover a territory within driving distance and manage the other parts of your business remotely. There is no cold calling as qualified lead flow is provided. Join our privately held, multi-billion-dollar, global investment firm to put our clients first and better the investment universe.

The Opportunity:

Present Fisher Investment's wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. You will report to the Director of Sales, who will ensure you have the training and resources to succeed. You will also be supported by sales support, client services, marketing, research, and more.

The Southeast Region includes the following states: Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Convert prospects to clients by showcasing the Fisher difference
  • Engage with high-net-worth prospects to evaluate their personal financial situation and provide solutions
  • Educate prospective clients on Fisher Investment's offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management
  • This is a home office position with the expectation to meet prospects face-to-face or virtually within your local territory

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in financial services
  • FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred
  • Proven success in driving results over multiple years
  • Experience with high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings

Compensation:

  • Commission/variable pay based position - $100,000 - $0 base salary range with a gradual step down; compensation includes a percentage of estimated first year's management fees plus trailers for new business closed
  • This role offers uncapped performance-based compensation with the possibility of a 7-figure income, with average earnings reaching mid to high six figures within 2 years
