Regional Vice President of Sales (South Central U.S.)

Calling all financial professionals seeking a role focused entirely on sales! As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will manage a territory within driving distance and oversee other aspects of your business remotely. Qualified lead flow is provided, eliminating cold calling. Join our privately held, multi-billion-dollar global investment firm dedicated to putting clients first and improving the investment universe.

The Opportunity:

Present Fisher Investment's wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. Report to the Director of Sales who will provide training and resources to ensure your success. You will also receive support from sales support, client services, marketing, research, and more.

The South Central U.S. Region includes Texas (San Antonio and Houston), Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Convert prospects to clients by demonstrating the Fisher difference
  • Engage with high-net-worth prospects to assess their financial situations and offer solutions
  • Educate prospects on Fisher Investment's offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training in advanced phone sales, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management
  • This is a home office position with expectations to meet prospects face-to-face or virtually within your local territory

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services
  • FINRA Series 65 or a combination of Series 7 and 66 preferred
  • Proven success in driving results over multiple years
  • Experience with high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings

Compensation:

  • Commission/variable pay structure - $100,000+ base salary with a gradual step down; includes a percentage of estimated first year's management fees and trailers for new business
  • Uncapped performance-based earnings potential, with average earnings reaching mid to high 6 figures within 2 years
