Role: In this home-based outside sales role, you will focus on closing leads of high net worth clients who have already expressed interest and have over $500k or more to invest. There is no cold calling or prospecting; you will focus solely on closing client leads provided by the firm.
A dedicated portfolio management and service team handles the transition and retention of client relationships.
The firm actively markets its services via direct mail, internet, television advertising, and other mediums. They receive pre-qualified responses from interested investors willing to discuss moving their investment portfolios.
Home Office: The firm covers all home office expenses, including computer, phone, scanner, printer, etc., as well as travel expenses with an expense account.
Compensation: Starting at $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with average total compensation of $300,000 to $500,000 and top producers earning over $1 million.
Note: Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. The salary starts at $100,000 and gradually declines to $0. However, at that point, commissions increase substantially, as you will receive commissions on any new sales for years to come.
