Job Description

Firm: Large global portfolio management firm managing over $200 billion in assets. Each client has a personalized portfolio based on their risk tolerance, asset allocation, and securities preferences. The firm offers a fee-based platform with global portfolio management solutions.

Role: This is a home-based outside sales position focused on closing leads of high net worth clients interested in investing with the firm, with investments of $500k or more. There is no cold calling or prospecting; the firm provides pre-qualified leads for you to close.

A dedicated team handles client transition and retention. The firm markets through direct mail, internet, TV advertising, and other channels, generating interested investors ready to discuss portfolio transfers.

Home Office: The firm covers all home office expenses, including computer, phone, scanner, printer, and travel expenses, with an expense account provided.

Compensation: Starting at $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Average total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $500,000, with top producers earning over $1 million.

Note: The base salary decreases to $0 over time, but commission increases significantly, allowing ongoing earnings from initial sales for years.
