We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to support our portfolio companies across the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial & Operational Performance
  • Oversee P&L / EBITDA management to ensure sustainable revenue and profitable growth.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including client and employee acquisition and retention, and productivity.
  • Partner with corporate finance and partner firms for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Strategic Growth & Organizational Standardization
    • Identify and prioritize growth initiatives, including cross-selling, additional services, and talent acquisition.
    • Standardize processes across service lines to improve efficiency.
    • Support M&A activities, including regional relationships for tuck-in acquisitions and referrals.
  • Organizational Leadership
    • Establish and promote the company's culture and human capital.
    • Support change management and integration to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Set and monitor performance standards across the organization.
    Professional Experience Requirements:
    • 10+ years of leadership experience
    • CPA, MBA, Consulting, or equivalent
    • Experience in accounting firms, PE-backed, high-growth environments
    • Proven track record of growth
    • Experience managing multiple business units
    Skills/Knowledge Requirements
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong understanding of accounting firms
    • Financial acumen
    • Demonstrated growth track record
    • Human performance management skills
    • Proficiency with IT systems and technology integration
    Working Conditions:
    • Full-time, remote position preferred in or near the NY Metro area
    • Frequent travel within the Northeast region, HQs, and industry events

    This role operates within a US East Coast-based team, with working hours aligned to EST. We offer flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance. The annual salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000, plus performance bonuses and incentive units.
