Equitable is seeking a motivated and passionate Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) to join our Life Insurance team supporting the Midwest (WI, IL, MI, and MN) territory.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with Equitable Advisors, Independent, Bank, POS BGA, and P&C advisors.
  • Drive revenue in the territory, including achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing territory performance (APE).
  • Develop new producers and retain existing ones to grow market share.
  • Educate and train advisors on Equitable’s Life products.

The base salary for this position is $80,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.

  • 7+ years of Life Insurance industry experience
  • Life and Health insurance license for California
  • FINRA Series 6 & 63
  • Experience in direct sales of Life Insurance products

Preferred Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 (highly desired)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 95%
  • Experience in the Midwest market
