GardaWorld is seeking a high-impact Regional Vice President to own multi-branch P&L and lead strategic growth across a Mountain Region market in the United States. You will develop and execute long-term growth plans, build a leadership bench, and partner with executive teams to drive client retention and expansion.

The role requires 10+ years of executive leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of revenue growth and operational excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive leadership development preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in a multi-site, service-based organization.
• Proven full P&L ownership at regional or multi-branch level.
• Demonstrated revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide full strategic and financial leadership for the region with end-to-end P&L accountability.
• Define and execute a multi-year regional growth strategy aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Lead and develop Area Vice Presidents, General Managers, and Branch Managers to drive operational consistency.
• Own executive-level client strategy, including retention, expansion, and strategic account development.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Human Capital, and Sales to ensure aligned execution.
• Build a strong succession pipeline through recruitment, development, and promotion of high-potential leaders.
• Establish a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

This is a senior executive leadership role with full P&L accountability, responsible for driving strategic growth, margin expansion, operational rigor, executive client partnerships, and the development of high-performing Area Vice Presidents, General and Branch Managers. You will define and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned to enterprise objectives, delivering sustained year-over-year revenue and profitability growth while maintaining 95%+ client retention and building a promotable leadership bench. Your Responsibilities as Regional Vice President

• Provide full strategic and financial leadership for the region with end-to-end P&L accountability

The Regional Vice President partners with senior leadership to shape market positioning, capital allocation, organizational design, and national growth initiatives. You will elevate field intelligence, scale best practices, and influence decisions that strengthen profitability and operational standards across the broader organization.

Your Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States


• A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards


• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive leadership development preferred


• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in a multi-site, service-based organization


• Demonstrated full P&L ownership at the regional or multi-branch level


• Proven record of sustained revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational performance improvement


• Experience leading senior operational leaders (General Managers, Branch Managers, or equivalent)


• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis


• Demonstrated success in executive-level client retention and new business growth


• Experience operating in metrics-driven, performance-based environments


• Background in security services, facilities services, workforce services, or comparable industries preferred
