Job summary

Ceres Caribe is seeking an Area Manager for Vegetation Management in Puerto Rico. You will oversee foremen and crews, coordinate daily field operations, and ensure safety and compliance with client standards.

Travel across assigned regions, manage equipment, and report on productivity and safety metrics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years of vegetation management experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or related field.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating operations.
• Strong knowledge of vegetation management standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation foremen and crews across Puerto Rico.
• Coordinate daily operations, crew assignments, and productivity targets.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of vegetation clearing work.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate replenishment with operations.
• Inspect field work for quality and adherence to client standards.
• Track daily/weekly metrics and support outage response when needed.
