Swift Transportation is hiring in Cedar Rapids, IA for a hybrid OTR/dedicated CDL-A driving role based out of Harrisonville, MO. This lane runs dedicated for a big box customer when needed and will also run OTR.

You will earn an average of $1,200 per week with additional trip pay up to $0.60 per mile depending on route and experience. Home weekly, benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, and more. Training available for new CDL-A drivers.

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.. Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations. No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
