Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Valid Class A license
3. At least 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years
4. No DUI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if CDL holder at the time of DUI)
5. No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years
6. No major accidents within the past 5 years
7. No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
8. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
