Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of recent experience OR completion of our training program.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads within a 350-mile radius, primarily in the Northeast Illinois area.
• Handle pickups, deliveries, and maintain compliance with schedules and regulations.
• Participate in paid orientation and training sessions.

• Activity pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
• $20 for pickups and deliveries
• $12 for trailer relays and shuttles
• $20/hour detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
• $270 - $280/day layover pay

• Majority of loads are within a 350-mile radius. Some loads may be up to 400 miles, but rarely (if ever) further.
• Hiring in Northeast Illinois into Wisconsin
  
  
• Home Weekly! Most workweeks are Mon-Fri, offering full weekends at home. You may occasionally leave Sunday or get home Saturday, but much less frequently than OTR.
