J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is hiring regional Class A drivers for our Dedicated Contract Services unit. The role is paid hourly for all hours and includes an activity-based payment formula to reward performance.

Average annual earnings are $80,000 with weekly home time and safety/holiday pay. Benefits include PTO from day one, 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision after 30 days, mental health support, paid orientation, and other coverage.

This role is paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked and an activity-based payment calculated using the formula, Activity Based Total - Hourly Pay = Activity Based Payment Amount, to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Yearly Gross $80000.00 Per Year
• CPM $0.580 - $0.620 Per Mile
• Entry Level Training Pay $200.00 Per Day
• Holiday Pay $250.00 Per Day
• Outsource Rate $280.00 Per Day
• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
• Stop Pay $20.00 Per Stop

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
