Position details:

• Earn $63-70K your first year! (Based on experience; see dropdowns below for a full breakdown).
• Increase your earning potential with tenure (+$0.01 cpm each year up to $0.50/mile), driver scorecard bonuses (+$0.02-$0.08/mile), and certified RED bonuses (+$0.02/mile).
• Drive door-to-door practical miles—both empty and loaded.
• Weekly guarantee of $1,200 - $1,250 based on experience, with guaranteed earnings regardless of short miles due to delays or breakdowns.
• Activity pay includes $20 for pickups and deliveries, $12 for trailer relays and shuttles, $20/hour detention pay (after 1 hour), and $270-$280/day layover pay.
• Paid orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day.

Most loads are within a 350-mile radius, occasionally up to 400 miles. Hiring is in Northeast Illinois into Wisconsin.

Home weekly, with most workweeks from Monday to Friday, offering full weekends at home. Some trips may start on Sunday or end on Saturday, but infrequently.

Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
