Job Benefits

• Earn $63-70K your first year! (Based on experience; see dropdowns below for a full breakdown)

• Driver Scorecard Bonus: +$0.02-$0.08/mile (average $0.03-$0.05)

• Door to door practical miles—empty & loaded
• $1,200 - $1,250 weekly guarantee (based on experience). Short miles due to delays or breakdowns still earn the guaranteed amount.
• Activity pay for work performed:
• $20 for pickups and deliveries
• $12 for trailer relays and shuttles
• $20/hour detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
• $270 - $280/day layover pay
• Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day

Freight Details

• Majority of loads within a 350-mile radius; rarely up to 400 miles.
• Hiring in Northeast Illinois into Wisconsin.
