This position offers an activity-based pay plan that promotes safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

1. $0.68 per mile
2. Live load/Unload: $40 per load
3. Drop & hook: $25.00 per stop
4. Detention pay: $40 per hour after 2 hours
5. Attendance bonus: $100 per week
6. Safety Training: $20 per hour
7. New hire training: $200 per day
8. Holiday pay: $160 per day
9. Off account work: activity-based pay at same rates
10. Average annual earnings: $83,000 for drivers over the past 6-12 months
11. Weekly home time
12. Onsite management
13. Paid online orientation
