This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• Average $101,452per year
• $10,000sign-on bonus for a limited time
• $0.70-$0.71 per mile
• Out of sequence pay: $55-$279 per load
• Stop pay: $35-$39 per stop
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
