Job summary

SavATree is seeking a District Trainer to mentor Lawn Care specialists across Front Range branches, elevating safety, quality, and productivity to deliver consistent customer satisfaction and engaged team members.

You will partner with branch management, manage SDAP progress, teach pest and landscape knowledge, and promote the SavATree story while ensuring reports to arborists and field improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education is a plus.
• 1–2 years of lead or training experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, including groups.
• Ability to train clearly, motivate teams, and teach others.
• Influential personality with ability to promote SavATree story.
• Willingness to coach others and accept feedback.
• Lawn Care production expert with pesticide certifications.
• Valid driver''s license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local Branch management in safety and operations.
• Mentor Lawn Care specialists to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Track progress through the Self Directed Advancement Program (SDAP).
• Coordinate with Arborist reports and field productivity.
• Promote field secondary sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide written diagnostic reports and training materials.
• Travel to Front Range branches as needed.
