You will assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and paperwork, support back-office functions, and participate in community outreach.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Active RDA certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of dental office experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of Pediatric experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of Oral Surgery experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of Endodontic experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of Prosthodontic experience required.
• Experience managing a team/office.
• Experience with treatment planning.
• Experience with Dentrix highly preferred.
• Reli able transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Execute a 5-star patient experience by educating patients and presenting financing options clearly.
• Assist patient concierge and treatment coordinators with scheduling, insurance verification, and paperwork.
• Prepare patient visits and ensure smooth flow of appointments across clinics.
• Support front desk by handling payments and paperwork.
• Promote community outreach and represent the practice professionally.
• Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and organization.
