Job summary

Vital Healthcare Jobs is seeking experienced CNAs for its Regional Float Pool in the Oklahoma City area. The role involves providing CNA-level care across Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities, with travel between sites as needed and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, short-staffed environments.

Applicants should hold an active CNA certification, have at least 1 year in SNF/LTC, and be willing to travel ~60 miles from the metro.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of SNF/LTC experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to facilities ~60 miles from OKC.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Document resident care and changes.
• Follow care plans and facility policies.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity.
• Adapt quickly to different facilities and teams.
• Communicate with nurses and care team.
