Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to advance orthopedic products by providing in-hospital clinical support and equipment logistics. The role requires traveling to hospitals, guiding surgeons in the OR, and coordinating billings and purchases.

You will work closely with Sales Consultants and travel within the U.S. to cover territories as needed, often overnight or on weekends. A Bachelor's/Associate degree or medical certification plus relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with minimum 2 years of professional experience, or minimum 4 years of professional experience, or recently transitioned from active military duty.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary (overnight/weekend).
• Residence in or relocation to a geographic region assigned by the Company.
• Able to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the Company at surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
