What you’ll do:

• Lead successful new property launches, making sure teams are prepared and everything is ready for opening day


• Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing by managing operational handoffs and timelines


• Partner with development teams to ensure smooth construction turnovers


• Oversee marketing contracts and website audits to build strong digital brands before launch


• Conduct market research to help set competitive pricing strategies


• Manage utility setup, floor plans, and coordinate regular launch calls as opening day approaches


• Lead and organize due diligence activities for property sales and transitions


• Support onboarding and training for new hires, focusing on operational and marketing excellence


• Keep our internal committees engaged and productive


• Provide critical support where it matters most—whether that’s pre-leasing, hiring, or owner acceptance training
