Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Regional Transition Specialist to guide onsite teams and Regional Managers through launches, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing projects. This remote role requires living in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or Charleston, SC and involves significant travel.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, coordinate with development teams, oversee marketing and pricing strategies, and ensure smooth turnovers across multiple properties while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

Experience in property management operations, transitions, or new property setup.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Collaborative, solution‑focused mindset and drive for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead successful new property launches and ensure teams are prepared for opening day.
Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing with active handoffs and timelines.
Partner with development teams to ensure smooth construction turnovers.
Oversee marketing contracts and website audits to build strong digital brands before launch.
Conduct market research to help set competitive pricing strategies.
Manage utility setup, floor plans, and regular launch calls as openings approach.
Lead due diligence activities for property sales and transitions.
Support onboarding and training for new hires across operations and marketing.
