Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Regional Transfer and Supply Chain Analyst to be on-site in Jersey City, NJ. You will serve as the regional point person for warehouse transfers, analyze data, and support ERP settings across multiple warehouses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math or Data Science, with inventory/supply chain experience preferred. Strong Excel skills are essential; Access, iSeries and Cognos are a bonus. Competitive salary up to $60,000 plus benefits.

Full-Time Salary: Up to $60,000 per year

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You will:

• Regional point person for executing warehouse transfers and associated warehouse needs.
• As required, reviews data across set time periods for the purpose of exception management needs against established ERP system settings for assigned warehouses.
• Key performance analysis may include but not limited to warehouse transfer volume, inventory demand, vendor performance, and purchase order reviews.
• Gathers and maintains feedback on barriers to optimum results and communicates as needed.
• Understands differences and needs sensitive to select product groups, vendors or warehouses and modifies recommendations where needed.

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business, math or data science preferred
• Inventory/supply chain experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills a must. Access, iSeries, and/or Cognos experience a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Clear and concise effective communication to initiate timely responses and corrective execution.
• Highly analytical with associated problem-solving skills. Able to work with large and diverse data sets and disseminate key gaps to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills. Able to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail for each.
