Job summary

Zaxby's Walhalla is seeking an Operations Training Manager to oversee and execute daily training operations across four ZAXBYS locations: Lavonia (GA), Elberton (GA), Walhalla (SC), and Pickens (SC). • Restaurant experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to drive.
• Willingness to complete Operations Training Manager certification within a set timeframe.
• Experience with brand training programs and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and track development of all team members through the ZAXBYS University portal.
• Roll out new menu item trainings at all locations to ensure consistency.
• Utilize brand-specific software to guide daily operations (speed of service, inventory, labor).
• Enforce brand standards and perform assessments at each location.
