Job summary

Zaxby's Pickens is seeking an Operations Training Manager to oversee and execute daily training across four locations: Lavonia, GA; Elberton, GA; Walhalla, SC; and Pickens, SC. You will drive onboarding, track development, and coordinate with the district manager to ensure consistent training standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, using the ZAXBYS University portal, and rolling out new menu items with LTO training.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding for restaurant teams
• Experience in training delivery and tracking development of team members
• Knowledge of enforcing brand standards and conducting assessments
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations
• Restaurant operations experience preferred

• Lead LTO (limited time offer) rollouts at all locations to train new menu items
• Utilize brand-specific software to guide management in daily operations related to speed of service, inventory, and labor
• Enforce brand standards and perform location assessments to ensure standards are met
• Driving is required for this position and travel between sites is expected
• Upon hiring, in-store training and Operations Training Manager certification will be completed within a set timeframe
