Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Training and Development Manager III to lead regional training initiatives and ensure workforce competency and certification in accordance with SQDC priorities. The role involves driving training plans, coordinating with regional resources, and improving regional training delivery.

You will oversee learning programs and collaborate with global teams to optimize skill development, onboarding, and performance support for field employees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the requirements.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Project management experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional training plans to address SQDC priorities and workforce needs.
• Manage and track learning programs, competencies, and certification records.
• Lead recruitment/onboarding alignment with regional training schedules and budgets.
