Menzies Aviation LATAM in the United States is seeking a Regional Training and Compliance Manager to design, implement and evaluate training programs across our US operations. You will measure ROI, ensure compliance and partner with Ops, Training, and station leaders to raise performance and safety standards.
The role requires 1–3 years in training administration in ground or cargo handling, familiarity with LMS platforms, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

The Regional Training and Compliance Manager is responsible for providing professional and proactive service solutions at all levels across the organization. The role is responsible for measuring and evaluating the ROI on training for the business and ensuring we are compliant and productive. The Regional Training and Compliance Manager will be the liaison between multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot, launch and provide training solutions to address deficiencies. The Regional Training and Compliance Manager will report to the most convenient station for them in our USA region.
