Formación

• Associates' Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to align goals and actions.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance in the facility.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback and coaching.
