Key Rehab is seeking a Regional Director for Sergeant Bluff, IA, in a post-acute care setting. This role leads operations across a geographic region, focusing on staff development, patient treatments, and client satisfaction.

You will monitor budgets and clinical reports to ensure quality, while guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. We value strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with geriatric populations and Medicare billing practices.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP program.
• Current license to practice OT/OTA/PT/PTA/SLP in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP for SLP track (CCC-SLP).
• Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of operations for a geographic region.
• Develop personnel and ensure patient care and client satisfaction.
• Monitor financial and clinical reports to meet budgeted expectations.
• Ensure high quality services for patients and clients.
• Lead and supervise clinical team members when applicable.
