Qualifications

• 3+ years in telecom tower construction or site coordination.
• Experience with drone operations or willingness to obtain Part 107 certification.
• Strong knowledge of tower structures, RF systems, and construction drawings.
• Ability to pass MVR, background, and federally compliant drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tower collocation construction, maintenance, and tenant site walks.
• Lead and coordinate drone operations for surveys and inspections.
• Review aerial imagery and data to ensure standards compliance.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with FCC standards.
• Communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
