Job summary

Huber Engineered Woods in the United States seeks a Regional Technical Manager to influence product specifications and ensure proper installation of HEW products. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, and Brand teams while engaging with code officials, designers, and contractors to promote adoption.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, conducting on-site assessments, and supporting warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience in design, testing, and/or installation of EWPs in residential or multi-family wood-frame construction.
• Ability to work independently from a home office in the specified region.
• Willingness to travel, primarily by driving, to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Influence product specification and assist in resolving complaints related to HEW products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, and Brand teams to advance business development.
• Engage with building code officials, designers, contractors, and builders to extend product adoption and proper installation.
• Support warranty development and conduct onsite claims/observation visits.
