Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) in Sparks, NV is seeking a Regional Tanker Driver responsible for delivering tanker loads to customers with high professionalism, ensuring personal and product safety and product quality.

This role requires 2-5 nights away per week, sleeper berth usage, 76 inch sleepers, and 2019+ tractors. Starting pay is $35/hr with averages around $105,000 per year, plus overtime potential and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and a valid medical card.
• Acceptable driving record; tanker certification can be obtained prior to start.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment driving test, drug screen and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Regional over-the-road CDL driver, spending 2-5 nights per week in sleeper.
• Inspect equipment before and after trips and submit condition reports.
• Read bill of lading to determine routing.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy and secure cargo during transit.
• Load/unload bulk tanker trailer and obtain POD signatures.
• Drive and deliver products while following FMCSA/DOT regulations.
