Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to consult, partner with senior leaders, and influence across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an annual talent development roadmap for the region, aligned to business strategy.
• Identify capability gaps and local development priorities through needs analyses.
• Lead design, development, delivery, and measurement of enterprise‑wide programs with regional insights.
