Job summary

HUB International seeks a Regional Talent Development Leader for the South Super Region. The role focuses on building regional capability while adapting enterprise programs for local needs, reporting to senior HR leadership.

You will partner with HR leads, design, deliver, and measure learning initiatives, and influence across a matrixed organization. Travel up to 25% with a hybrid office schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and scale talent and leadership programs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an annual talent development roadmap for the South Super Region.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify capability gaps and local priorities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and regional HR Leads to align programs.
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide talent initiatives and learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and COE teams.
• Measure program impact with ROI and learner outcomes.
