GEL Solutions, an affiliate of The GEL Group, Inc., is looking for a highly motivated Regional Survey Manager to lead our dynamic team in our Raleigh, NC office as part of the Survey group. The Regional Survey Manager’s responsibilities include leading survey crews, scheduling manpower, and assisting in the production of deliverables. Field work and travel may be required. Securing repeat business and expanding our Survey services with existing and new clients is also critical. This position has high growth potential and is ideally suited for an individual who aspires to a critical leadership position with a growing, entrepreneurial company. Qualifications for a Regional Survey Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing survey projects.
• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Survey or Geomatics preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation).
• Experience in preparing ALTA plats and deliverables.
• Professional Land Surveyor license required (North Carolina license preferred).
• Proven track record of successful business-to-business selling and marketing of surveying services.
• Survey experience on North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and other transportation projects a plus.
• 50 lbs lifting requirement, ability to transport equipment across rugged terrain.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office 365 applications including: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:

Work is performed at commercial, government, and industrial client’s sites. In addition, reporting and testing will be done in an office setting with occasional laboratory exposure. Travel to client sites, contractor facilities, and industry events is required at minimum 30% of the week.
