Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Planner to ensure regional product availability through deployment, replenishment, and inventory management. You will develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and SAP data, collaborating with Commercial, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing.

The role focuses on OTIF, backorders, and safety stock, with opportunities to drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning or related fields.
• Experience with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA and data analysis / KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory deployment and replenishment plans to ensure product availability and service level targets.
• Manage regional inventory levels, safety stock parameters, and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor performance against OTIF, backorder, inventory, DIOH, and E&O targets.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize customer impact.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and SAP data.
• Serve as reporting/analytics SME, driving standardization and automation.
• Cross-functionally partner with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing Sites to resolve challenges.
• Provide planning support across regions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
