Job summary

Diversified Fall Protection is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to oversee day-to-day supply chain operations at the Heber City facility, including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and supplier management. This role ensures ERP data accuracy and timely production flow to support project execution with quality and speed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, ERP experience (Acumatica preferred), and leadership skills to guide local teams while maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, logistics, business, or related field.
• Prior warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Direct ERP experience required; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce transactional discipline within a team.
• Comfortable being accountable for a location's full inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using cycle counts and forecasts.
• Oversee processing of materials and shipments in the ERP system.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries to align with project deadlines and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and manage local outsourcing supplier relationships for custom product lines.
• Uphold policies to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
• Manage weekly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs for operational excellence.
