You will manage customer relationships, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with internal suppliers to support service planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Lean concepts knowledge preferred.
• APICS certification helpful.
• MS Office proficiency with basic Excel/database tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with customer and stakeholders; track performance.
• Measure customer performance using systems and data.
• Ensure stock is adequate for all channels; cover direct demand.
• Track safety stock health, inventory data and stats.
• Collaborate with customers and internal suppliers on service planning.
• Supervise and coordinate replenishment cycle timelines and quality.
• Communicate status to team and identify potential issues.
• Perform business analyses to identify root causes and improvements.
• Work with Distribution Center to resolve issues.
