Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for an Executive Consultant, Regional Consulting and Innovation Practice to join our Office of Administration and Innovation. This full-time role is hybrid from our Washington, D.C.

regional office, supporting MAPMG’s health plan members across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. The Executive Consultant will provide strategic advisory support, lead regional initiatives, and build stakeholder partnerships to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years in consulting, operations, or project management, preferably healthcare.
Experience in strategic and operational analysis, including financial, policy, and market assessments.
Understanding of healthcare operations or integrated care delivery.
Experience designing governance frameworks and standardized workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to senior executives, structuring complex issues and delivering actionable recommendations.
Lead regional consulting engagements from intake to implementation and transition to operations.
Translate strategies into executable plans and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
Develop governance, dashboards, and standardized workflows for the consulting practice.
