Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP.
• 2+ years of experience in a nursing home or SNF setting.
• Ability to travel between facilities with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans per physician orders
• Provide clinical support and guidance to speech therapy staff across facilities
• Ensure documentation and services comply with Medicare and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• Support quality improvement and program development initiatives
