Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en vente pharmaceutique ou dans le secteur de la santé.
  • Expérience en service d'infusion souhaitée (3-5 ans).
  • Connaissance des procédures de service d'infusion et des politiques de remboursement préférée.

Responsibilities

  • Vendre et commercialiser des thérapies d'infusion aux sources de référence existantes et potentielles.
  • Développer des relations avec des médecins prescrivant des médicaments ciblés.
  • Créer et mettre en œuvre des plans de développement commercial alignés sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Overview

The Regional Specialty Account Executive is responsible for achieving admissions, net revenue, and profit objectives for IVIG, Chronic Inflammatory Disease, and other specialty medications in an assigned geography. This role also involves general sales activities, communications, and marketing support within a specified territory. The Regional Specialty Account Executive covers multiple branch locations for Amerita.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell and market infusion therapy to existing and potential referral sources to meet revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  2. Develop relationships with regional sales targets, including Specialty Physicians who prescribe targeted medications.
  3. Conduct in-service training seminars and represent the company at trade shows and conventions.
  4. Create and implement sales and market development plans aligned with company goals.
  5. Provide feedback to management regarding sales activities and market development success.
  6. Represent the company professionally within the healthcare community, respecting patient care processes.
  7. Develop quarterly business plans and maintain Customer Relationship Management systems like Salesforce.com.
Qualifications
  1. Four-year college degree in business or healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Registered Nurse and home healthcare experience is a plus.
  3. Minimum of four (4) years of Pharma or Healthcare Sales experience.
  4. 3-5 years of experience in infusion services or related healthcare industries preferred.
  5. Comfortable engaging with physicians as main call points.
  6. Ability to professionally present products and services.
  7. Knowledge of infusion service procedures and reimbursement policies is preferred.
  8. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  9. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, with meeting company driving record standards.
