The Team: This role is part of our Americas People Services team, supporting People Services across seven countries as well as providing global support. Team members are based in Argentina, Canada, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the US.
The Impact: The Regional Specialist, People Services–US provides first line service to our employees and leadership to the Americas People Services team, giving knowledgeable advice and assistance for the US in particular. This role ensures accurate administration throughout the employee lifecycle and plays a crucial role in enhancing the People Experience through process and system improvements.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is 51,289 to 91,872.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
