Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.
• 48 college semester credits or 96 PD hours/Work Keys required.
• CPI certification and a valid NC driver license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct student support across multiple schools to establish positive behavior.
• Coach evidence-based behavioral interventions and SEL techniques.
• Support Coordinating Teachers and SEL Learning Coaches with data and plans.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to implement behavior plans and development.
• Travel regionally, maintain confidentiality, and document progress.
