Qualifikationen

• RVT certification preferred and ultrasound expertise.
• Minimum 3 years as a Sonographer.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor all Sonographers and Medical Assistants in the region.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Onboard and train staff on VIP workflows and clinic flow.
• Coordinate staffing, PTO coverage, and scheduling across sites.
• Monitor KPIs and drive patient throughput and quality.
