Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in community work, volunteer management, or program coordination.
• Experience planning events from small to large public programs.
• Experience designing or leading trainings/workshops.
• Strong communication with varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Power IDEA's programs and fundraising by recruiting and leading volunteers for events and missions.
• Convene and connect communities with MSAs, masajid, nonprofits, and social enterprises across the region.
• Train and grow leaders by delivering leadership workshops and coordinating IDEA Fellowship cohorts.
