DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day SNF Dialysis multi-site operations within a designated market. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:
Associates Degree
Minimum of five years’ direct management experience leading and managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred
Experience managing Operations, staffing, budget/PnL, relationships and growth
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Preferred: RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions OR hands-on Dialysis experience
